Liam Byrne MP, the Chief Secretary to the Treasury meet with Labour Party members in Llanelli on Thursday evening (14th January). At the end of a day that also included talks with Welsh Finance Minister Jane Hutt, Liam Byrne emphasised the need for the devolved nations of the UK to work together to tackle the financial crisis.
A range of issues were discussed during the meeting, from the economy to finanace, social policy, widening opportunities for younger people and devolution.
